Wonderful selections, great help with finding fabric types, fair pricing and friendly staff. There was a spot on the fabric I chose and the staff cutting it made sure I knew and pulled the fabric roll until we were both satisfied we were well past the flaw. Highly recommend.

I love this fabric place. Usually I go to mood but if you cannot find anything I like I visit here. Efficient helpful I think reasonably priced.

Reasonable prices, especially their cotton is pretty cheap compared to many other places. Owner speaks English and Korean. Most staffs there speak Spanish and English. Friendly and really willing to help. Quite a few different options of colours, patterns, and textures. Cash or card are both accepted. Not hard to find and the security guard downstairs was friendly too. Clean and pretty organized place. I'd definitely come again and some of my friends come here too. I would recommend people to check this place out for sure

These people are extremely rude. Their fabrics are a total mess and low quality. When I asked very basic questions they got angry. Absolutely horrible. Would recommend staying as far away from them as possible.

This is my favorite fabric store. The variety and quality: it is so nice to have it all in one place! All the staff are professional, efficient and so attentive. Charles is there every day to ensure every patron gets some TLC and are directed to whatever they need.

This past 1.5 years have been tough for the fabric shoppes in the City. Kudos to Charles for keeping it all together and persevering.

This business is extremely organized in its layout - so easy to find what you're looking for. Prices are excellent and fair. Absolutely 100% recommended.

Masks are required and a sale person had me use hand sanitizer when she let me in.

They display fabric with large swatches on hangers, rather than in bolts like many other stores. It makes it easier to see what they have.

They didn't have much in the way of damask upholstery fabric, which is what I was looking for, but the sales person knew EXACTLY where the damask was, and that made my browsing very efficient. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything in the color family I was looking for. I would have been lucky if they had something -- their prices were VERY affordable.

Fabric seems to be arranged by fabric type (rather than by color) so for decorating purposes, that makes browsing less efficient than the other way. There actually wasn't a large selection of upholstery fabric though.

On the one hand I find this store to have a nice selection. Beautiful old world take me back style store with fabrics and a variety of interesting choices. I am loving their selections, but I am appalled by the fact that this store sells cruel fur and the fur is not only cringe worthy it is stinky and smelly fur. Even my son commented on the gross smell of the fur as we passed it. I would take into consideration the cruelty supporting and the gross smell of the store in the fur section before deciding to shop here. If they sold only regular fabrics and it didn't hurt my nose to shop here I can guarantee you I would run back.

Rude staffs. Refuse to help and swatch.
Without swatch how do you expect designers to make decisions to buy your fabric.
Instead they give wrong info and sell 10 dollar for 2"x 2" swatch. Gross
