Nour

We had a voucher from Groupon for this restaurant and visited at around 11am on a weekend. My first impression of the place was not good. Although the restaurant was almost empty, most of the tables were dirty. It was immediately obvious that cleanliness is not a priority here. After we had selected the least dirty table, we waited for the waiter. When he eventually came, my girlfriend ordered her drink and before I could say anything the waiter left the table. We were both confused as to why when two people sit down and only one drink has been ordered, the waiter should run off. After about 10 minutes he came back with her drink and promptly turned to leave again, again without asking for my order. I managed to stop him and order my own drink, which was met with an angry look. Clearly customer service is also not a priority here. When my drink, a coffee, finally came it arrived with a spoon but no sugar or sweetener. Given that none of the tables had sugar or sweetener on them either, I have no idea what the spoon was for. Cue another polite request to the waiter, met with another angry look.

The food itself is a buffet and over half of the trays were already empty. The remaining dishes were unappealing and luke warm. I half filled a small plate with the best of what remained, but despite my hunger still only ate half of what I chose as everything was utterly tasteless. Even the rolls were of the cheapest variety available.

The interior decoration is as bad as the food and looks as if a child was let loose with the paint brush. The cupboards have splashes of paint on them from where the walls were painted too quickly and without care. Most corners of the ceiling have cobwebs in them.

Unfortunately I can definitely not recommend this restaurant, in fact I would recommend avoiding it. I must give it at least 1 star, but honestly that is in my opinion far more than it deserves.
