Was also ripped off by this company, promised to get my site to the top of google for a fee of £140. Never happened. Complained and was told I cant get money back.
This company is a scam.

I used NEM Solutiuons and had some difficulty finding my company online. After 3 days it appeared but unfortunately I got 0 calls over 1 month.
Apparently there were over 150 people that had looked at my site, but I got no calls whatsoever.
Something stinks.
After reading all the other emails here, I'm going to be writing a letter to them. Plus to trading standards.

BEWARE ... The sales team will tell you they are linked to Google Ad words - THEY ARE NOT. If you give them a credit card numbe cancel it immediately. They will not get you on page one, they will not get you extra traffic to your website. JUST DON'T DEAL WITH THEM. Once they have your credit card details they will become about as helpful as a cornered rattlesnake. The first thing they send you is an email advising you have created a contract with them and they are entitled to take further payments from you... what does that tell you about this company?

This company has been reported- what a head ache cancelled cards and not too mention the past 3 months spent chasing un-authorised amounts taken from accounts ******warning fraudsters****** reality has kicked in and the cunning way this company goes about business over 1 year ago my husband (heating engineer) received a call and hence to say was signed up to appear on first page of google @ a cost of £180.00 per month + more upfront deposit a lot of money i hear you cry.well not to bore you with long story ?in short fast forward 8 /10 months after plenty of dis agreements between myself and hubby as i had now been insisting that something was not right with the company and the pure fact that £180.00 per month to appear on front page of google just did not happen not to mention the fact they were saying we were receiving a high level of customers??? At the point i started to investigate ( i'm pretty good basic knowledge of seo ect but the previous year i had a full time job so really left hubby's business pretty much in the hands of others paid for of course (services) 10 months after my husband handed over credit card details during a marketing call ( i did not no what he had done) he also now knows better? I finally took into investigating the company as it seemed they were taking monthly payments and not doing a thing for our business nor were we even being found on web I could kick myself for not pulling the plug sooner but my husband was calling me paranoid saying i must have got the wrong states when you are an engineer you rely on the services that you pay for hence to say i sat around too long letting my hubby get ripped off when I pretty much marked their card i was met by an ill mannered sales rep on the line so too keep things simple with out a long battle to prove such services not received I put in writing that i give 30 days notice to terminate such services.this is when the drama begins once you cancell down all the drama begins it is 1 month later that you discover payments still taken so you are now calling a telephone line that never answers or is constantly busy.to be fair back 4 months ago a call was taken and a young girl answered saying that because we had cancelled that ment that we were no lomger clients so she would need to get managers permission to send a cheque payment to our company and would e back in touch once this was done 4 months down the line ? i no this is how patient we were not wanting to in any way sabotage my husbands business see he was very hesitant to questions some how convinced that theese ppl have the technology to really play about with your listings and rankings - well they dont in reality its a small office of a team of 3 and reading from a piece of card they are not qualified to provide such services by the time I had wasted many hours on the telephone -unable to contact them at all in the past 4 weeks I emailed over 09 differed email addresses for NEM and reality dawned that we had in fact been conned Nem take payments of £180.00 per month for services that were cancelled because it is a conn a rip off they take your money do nothing and when you finally work out 8/10 months later when your camp[aign does not work that you have been duped - be prepared because thats just the start of your problems - it will be months later that you discover payments still taken even though you have cancelled with your bank today all our company banking cards have had to be cancelled down this is not good when you run a small business not too mention on days that i have sat trying to contact their customer service departments and the stress it has caused my husband was stupid to trust this company and knows it but its little too late seeing as we have lost a great amount of money when i say its caused stress it really has. because we dont have it to loose and being a newly married couple last year i really had left the advertising side to that of hubby who has had it in the ear with i told you so and thats no exaggeration iv given him hell lol he fills v silly I have been telling my husband for months that its not right to chase company's they do not get back to you regarding serious complaints on accounts and you get the run about trying to contact theese people its stressful writing long emails that simply are never replied too. i had told my hubs that this was not right and that we we being ripped off but he really did say i was being silly to trust them and just wait as he was sure the payments that were being taken would be sorted.. i knew different (call it a women's thing) sorry after the 4th month payment taken no refund- no other way to have the payments stop but to cancel all cards we have been left with no option cards canceled big pain on the few occasions that you are able to contact on one of the 22 numbers i found in trying to track a manager or director of the company or even a email that they give you to be addressed by the

I would not use this company again. They deducted double the agreed amount of money from my credit card and I have been waiting for three weeks to get it back. Every time I phone them looking for my refund they make up a poor excuse. Rude staff.

They have done the same to me, i cancelled my company within the 30 days notice, and just found out 3 months on that they are still taking money off my credit card!!!! i have been phoning the company for the past 4 days to be told that a different person is dealing with it and will call me back, they have said they are going to take legal action against me for harassing them!!! and then terminated my call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Bad service, pour performance total waste of money. Never ever agree to anything with them!!! Very disappointed.
