We have used Natural Lawn for two years now and couldn't be happier. Our lawn went from pretty bad to really good. I've always avoided lawn service due to environmental concerns, so this has been a great solution for us. The overseeding in the Fall has made a huge difference. Good service technicians as well. Thumbs up!

I called today to cancel my service since the lawn now looks worse than when they started. I had to listen to a hard sell for about ten minutes. I kept repeating that I wanted to cancel the service, but the sales rep would not take no for an answer. Finally, I said that I was cancelling even if she kept talking all day. I received a curt, "You'll get an email cancelling the service."

Hi Kathy Matthews, I understand the frustration of spring weeds in the lawn; however, it is important to note that we have NOT performed a perennial weed control treatment on your property this spring. You are a brand-new customer as of March 11, 2024. You have had two treatments to date. On March 15, a soil amendment was applied, followed by a crabgrass reducer (also known as pre-emergent) on March 22. I’d be more than happy to connect to reset expectations regarding plant nutrition, weed cycles, and cultural practices. I look forward to speaking with you!

Marked lawn where hoses were but they still aerated over the line. Punctured underground hose. Except for no dandelions in spring, lawn the same as no service next door. Always has an extra offer, every other week

Beware. This company kills existing, healthy grass with fertilizer burn. After 1 year of having their services, my yard has large bald spots, compacted soil, and dead patches. Never has my lawn looked like this before. They claimed they were going to aeration and reseed my lawn. The man who came out here to aerate looked like he would rather be anywhere else. He skipped over entire areas, and sped through the rest. When he was done, it looked horrible. We complained to the company, and were told we "weren't giving it a chance." We had a decent lawn to start with. They destroyed it.
We called and canceled all services with them. They argued with us, saying it would take 2 or 3 years to see a difference, which was not what they told us when we hired them. Do not give this company your bank or credit card number! I signed up for naturalawn last summer. After 4 months my wife called
To cancel the service. They continued to send out trucks to fertilize. My wife called again and they said it would be the last service.
They continued to fertilize until I caught them trying to fertilize again. I told them to stay off my property. They returned later that day and left a new bill on my door.
I sent this video and threatened to sue if they did not cancel my account and delete my credit card information from their system. They're business practice is criminal. They continued to fertilize and bill me for 3 months after I tried to canceled the first time.
Do not give them your credit card or bank information. We called to cancel after the aeration treatment. They told us that would be our last service.
They continued to debit our bank account for service.
Yesterday I stopped the service rep explaining the service was cancelled.
He left and returned an hour later explaining I had to accept the service.

The salesman seeking my business was pleasant enough with his attempts to garner my business. However, the first application was provided in the rain and failed to rid my lawn of most of the weeds and crabgrass. I sent an email stating my concerns, which was ignored. Two weeks later I sent another email. l received a reply from their Sales Manager, Matt, in which he completely ignored the fact that I was unhappy with the results of the treatment. Rather than addressing it he acknowledged my cancellation and offered to be there for me in the future should I change my mind. Amazing! Would highly recommend NOT using this company for any of your lawn care needs since customer satisfaction is obviously not a priority to them!

We've been using Natural Lawn for about 4 years now. When we started our grass was in bad shape and we had a lot of weeds in our yards. They were upfront that it would take 2-3 years for the service to really pay off, but I'm happy to say our lawn looks great, enough so that we get compliments on it all the time. We've had very little rain over the last 6 weeks, but our lawn still looks healthy and green (without watering) while our neighbors lawns are already getting burnt out. I'm very surprised by the low reviews, we've had nothing but a great experience with the company. On time, professional and efficient. Would highly recommend, especially if you want to build a great long term base for your lawn rather than using chemicals for a quick fix.

Natural Lawn of America serviced my lawn for two years. The first year, was a wonderful experience. The local manager was knowledgeable, professional and my lawn showed it.
The second year was a different story. New management took over, and the techs' level of knowledge was shockingly lacking. As a result, they applied fertilizer on my zoysia grass that shouldn't have been applied, and much of the lawn died. I will have to resod half the lawn.

I agree ! do not give this company your credit card numbers---I disputed 2 payments and they continued charging my credit card ---I had to cancel the card and get another number---they continued calling my home quite often in a week---I just hang up they were told to stop and this sick individual continues to call my home and send me bills---I have told them on many occasions that I had no plans on paying do to there terrible service I have been doing lawn for many years from living in cape may to pa. and never have I been thru-this.
what's amazing is I had just got out of the hospital from a quadruple heart attack and she didn't give a dam.
