Absolutely terrible service.
I ordered an IPad keyboard on 18th Feb and stilll haven't received the item despite chasing them up with at least 20 calls. It is extremely difficult to reach them. No one seems to answer the call or reply to the online message enquiry. When they finally answered my call, no action was taken. I'm so disappointed with their service and very angry for their dishonest attitude towards customers. I ordered this as a present for my boyfriend and I'm very unhappy that I still haven't received the item. Just like the last reviewer said 'Mytouchscreen.co.uk's service is disgusting', I will never use them again and will not recommend anyone to use them.
