Ever since my sister got pregnant and had my little niece, I have been a frequent visitor of Mothercare in Bluewater.
The store is very big and has a wide selection of baby clothes, toys, push chairs, and lovely maternity clothing.
I bought most of my niece's baby clothes from Mothercare, this is because the quality is great, and you can pick up some lovely outfits for a reasonable price.
I like the Mothercare in Bluewater because the staff are all so very friendly. Nothing seems like too much hard work for them, and will go that extra mile to make sure you have picked the right gift.
They also have baby feeding and changing facilities, unfortunately I have not used them so cannot comment, but my sister has used them several times and says she prefers them to the one's in Bluewater.
Mothercare is located opposite Next, on the lower ground floor.
This is a very good size Mothercare. I have brought lots of items from here including our travel system. When making such a purchase we had plenty of help from the staff who knew exactly what they were talking about and helped us make an informed choice.
Average baby changing and feeding area. Good size but not very private once in there!
This is a large store which is situated on the lower level in Bluewater between House of Fraser and Marks and Spencers. It stocks a very wide range of baby products, clothes, nappies, milk, toys, maternity wear and furniture. Their choice of pushchairs are excellent.
The floor staff are very helpful and friendly when you ask for advice. However, I find the queues slow and you can end up waiting for a while to be served (even if you are next in the queue!). I found the wait difficult when I was heavily pregant and I am suprised in a store like this that they do not have more tills.
They have baby feeding and changing facilities but I have not used these so cannot comment on them.
The Mothercare in Bluewater is a large store with a good selection of products particularly strollers and travel systems and other large items you need for baby such as cots and high chairs.
There is a large selection of breastfeeding and maternity bras, but not a huge amount of maternity wear.
I found the staff to be very helpful, although I was sold the wrong parasol for my buggy which resulted in me holding it over my buggy everytime it was sunny during summer 2008!
A really decent sized store. There is a massive clothing range for children aged 0-8, a huge area with all baby care items including the bigger stuff such as pushchairs, nursery furniture and car seats and at the back is a toy department with a range of toys to suit a varied ages. They have a baby changing area and a nice room for feeding baby. Staff are always available to offer help and assistance and service is quick. There is plenty of room to move so no problem if you have a pushchair with you.
This store is located on the lower ground of Bluewater. It is easily accessible if you park in the cinema car park. It is a large Mothercare which stocks everything you could possibly need for a newborn upwards. They sell clothes including maternity wear. They also stock a wide range of prams and accessories as well as cotbeds, highchairs, toys, books, bottles, plates, cutlery.
Located at the back of the store are baby changing facilities. Although this isn't overall big it has the essentials including a chair for if you are breastfeeding and a bottle warner if you are not. The layout is very spacous and the staff are very friendly and helpful - giving demonstrations of their products.
