Staff seem quite unhelpful, often they are talking on their mobiles whilst standing in the middle of the aisles clearly meant to be working. They will also push the cages they use to transport goods to the shelves into your ankles or trolly and not apologise. Queues for the checkouts are often very long, one of the checkout staff didn't know what a leek was and asked me if it was a courgette They have a very poor range, it's impossible to find higher-end goods such as dried porcini mushrooms which I would expect most places to have as standard. It's a great shame that our nearest other supermarket is probably the Sainsbury in Chiswick which I'd much rather go to but it's quite a long walk!

This supermarket has a slightly downmarket feel to it but don't let that put you off or you'll miss some bargains. They stock all the well known household brands and their own label products are mostly good. There's always an array of offers, some are so-so and some are eye popping. I love a bogof. The staff are a mixed bunch, some are really sweet (like not calling me a drongo when I'm being thick and insisting the till can't add up properly) and some lack customer care skills (like moving me aside to make way for shelf stacking). It's best to avoid busy times such as the on-the-way-home-from-work rush as the tills can get badly clogged.

i recently got served by a mature indian lady called Maria, she has served me twice and on both occasions has been extremely rude, the second time which was saturday 5th november i told her she was very rude and shouldnt be working in the position she is as she clearly doesnt like people, her response was customers are rude to me, which i replied so if a customer is rude to you does that mean its ok for you to be rude to another customer and informed her that i would be making a complaint about her which she replied you can complain to who you want i dont care, head office the manager who you want, if i wish to be harrassed while shopping for my groceries i would shop in asda, please can some one send Maria there to work as she would be right at home! ive never met someone so ignorant at the till, sorry ill rephrase tht i have, in asda hence why i longer shop there.

This supermarket is often crammed with OAPs and mums with young families all looking for a bargain. Which this supermarket is fulled with. The staff aren't particularly helpful and will often carrying on talking to each other when I am waiting to be served.
