This is not so much a review about the MooMoo Clubs but more to do with the company responsible for the marketing (Incredible Events).
We were asked to provide some PVC Banners for the MooMoo Clubrooms in Cheltenham. We produced the banners within the agreed timeframe and dispatched them to Paul Derrmott

One of our staff accidentally entered one digit wrong on the postcode of the address (they omitted one of the n's). it resulted in TNT (the courier) routing the parcel to the wrong address.
We found out on the day of the delivery about the mistake (customer chased the delivery) and so we booked TNT to use their special services department to same-day drive the package from the incorrect depot to Mr Dermot.
The following morning we found out that TNT could not locate the parcel at their depot the evening before and therefore could same-day the goods as planned.
On the morning following the expected delivery date (Tuesday 13th) we received a call from Mr Dermot to tell us we had to give him all of his banners half price or he did not want them.
We offered to provide the delivery free and also give him £50 off the products given this would have been the money we would have paid to TNT for the same day delivery they did not make the previous evening.
Mr Dermot called our office and verbally abused a member of staff by phone calling him a f**king pr**k before hanging up the phone. We have a recording of the call.
We then received a call at 11am from TNT to tell us that the delivery of the banners they had just attempted had been refused.
Sometimes mistakes happen. When they do, the most important thing is to try and remedy the error and move on. We did just that but were rewarded by a tirade of verbal abuse from Mr Dermot.
If this is the sort of person that is supplying this organisation and it is acceptable to treat people in this manner then it makes one wonder about the culture of the business in general.
If it was possible to give MooMoo's Clubrooms a zero rating, I would. MooMoo's is yet another re branding of the Fuse Nightclub. It was reopened after christmas and last week we decided to give it a try. We arrived to see two incredibly bored looking staff members sat behind glass screens taking money, the place looked disgusting. Every possible surface was covered in spilt drink, spit or discarded drink stickers. The toilets were full of people, broken, no soap and handryers that barely worked. We were in the club for around 40 minutes when we decided to leave. In those 40 minutes I saw no security ANYWHERE, witnessed two bar fights, was punched in the back of the head, and my boyfriend had obscenities screamed in his face. Safe to say I will not be returning anytime soon, possibly never. Its a shame that this place belongs to the same group that run Fever Bar Redditch as they are wonderful. Long live Fever.
