Go for a laugh not west end but ok for local night out.
I changed my mind for this place yesterday. My friends and I were looking forward to a good local night out but we were so disapointed. We went there at about 9 oclock and the security said that there is a private party till 10 and we can come back later. So went for a drink in another place close to this one. We came back at 10:30 and there was a queue so we lined up. When it was pur turn to go in the security guard rejected us and said that we have to be 25. I am 21 and my two friends are 22. The girls infront were 22 23 years old and they got in. Two weeks ago when we went there on Friday we got in without a problem. They ruined our night and it was funny how everyone from the queue got in except for is. And i have to say that I will never go to this place again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
This bar/club is OK is you are not looking for anything glamorous or fancy, £5 entry, basic somewhat empty decor, slow bar staff makes it an average night out. It's located right next to the tube station which is convenient, drinks are a tad expensive for the venue. I visited this Friday and the DJ was very good mainly old school music but a great mixture of all types of music and real crowd pleasing upbeat songs. The toilets are untidy and dirty as there is no toilet attendant. The crowd seems rather local, friendly with a good mix. I don't think I would rush back.
