Reading the last few reviews I wonder if we were in the wrong restaurant. We have eaten, recently, in a few 'top class' restaurants in London. I would place this restaurant within my top 25%. This was a present from my partners son for her birthday. On arrival the service was next to none with coats taken and hung in the cloakroom. Shown to a beautifully laid out table with sparkling glassware and white linen (I love white linen on a table). Drinks ordered which arrived quite promptly. Choices on the taster menu of five courses was more than adequate. Throughout the afternoon our server was professional yet friendly. Once the aperitifs had been drunk I ordered a prosecco and a glass of Beluga Gold vodka. Our server 'neat sir? on ice'. How did he know that is how I drink vodka. He returned with the only let down, they didn't have any left. So I opted for French Grey Goose. As the server said to me quietly, it saved me £14. A really nice guy. Finally I had cheese and port.
As I have said, a wonderful afternoon and, I advise, ignore the reviews and make up your own mind.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Kevin B.North Augusta, United States31524 Dec 2022
Dinner at the London Steakhouse Company on our first night in London set a very high bar! The staff were all very nice as well as knowledgeable. We received an excellent wine recommendation from our server. All of the food was presented beautifully and was exceptionally well-prepared. I had the best ribeye steak in quite a while and don't even get me started on the sticky toffee pudding!! My Old-fashioned was also very good.

It was amazing. The food and service top notch. Perfect end on a cold day. Not too noisy and we were well taken care of.

Nice restaurant, lovely atmosphere and food was good. We came on a Sunday lunchtime. Was busy, but now over crowded.

We were given a voucher as a Christmas gift which unfortunately felt like you'd been conned into using. Even with the voucher, the food is ridiculously overpriced for what it is. Steaks start at around £33 and don't include any sides. Tasty but really underwhelming given the price point. You could go to a pub and having something similar.
Side thimble of chips was £6.50. Not impressed.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Sarah L.Roslyn Heights, United States1001863727 Aug 2019
One of the plus sides to visiting London is experiencing all of the culinary foods the capital has to offer. So why no splurge on that £30 steak. After all, you deserve it! During my weekend getaway to London last week I went to London Steakhouse Co. in Chelsea and couldn't be more happier that I did. This modern day restaurant specializes in event based dining with the most exquisite arrays of meats, fishes, desserts and cocktails (there is even a hidden speakeasy-style cocktail bar- how cute?!). Not all steaks are created equally; you'll realize this when you dine at London Steakhouse Co. It has such a warm, friendly and welcoming ambiance to it right in the heart of Chelsea- what more could you even ask for?
I started the night off with the most delicious beetroot and goat cheese salad with a walnut dressing and fresh burrata with tomatoes. Both of these dishes were fresh and beaming with so much flavor that I couldn't resist eating every last bite!
For my main course at the London Steakhouse Co. I indulged in the 6 oz centre-cut fillet with cafe de Paris butter and tomatoes. You can't say that this photo of the dreamy fillet isn't extremely tempting. Throw on some butter or Bearnaise sauce and you've reached beef Nirvana! If you are a meat eater, make sure to try the classic T-Bone with Bearnaise sauce. These steaks were so unbelievably good and cooked to perfection. They were so smooth they cut like butter. Who doesn't love creamed anything? For sides I ordered the creamed potatoes and creamed spinach sides which were so scrumptious that I wish to-go bags were a thing in London!Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - A S.London5355181928 Sept 2015
Dined here on a Sunday afternoon, whilst the traders on Petticoat Lane and Middlesex St were clearing up the street market. I bet the restaurant loves the banging and crashing!
Notwithstanding that, I had booked a 'star deal' 3 course menu, which was faultless. The food was impeccably cooked, tasted absolutely divine and was surprisingly very filling.
My recommendations would be the seared tuna salad and haddock fishcake. The basic food offer is exceptional value for money, although I must confess that side dishes, £4 for a small bowl of salad and £10 for a large glass of wine (not just you MPW) is highway robbery in my opinion. In fairness nobody made me choose either of these items but I'm just leaving my honest opinion.
Service was pretty good, although probably one notch off being in tune with the food experience. All in all well worth a visit and I would return in the future.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dave B.Watford, Hertfordshire0686 Sept 2015
We went to this eatery through design rather than choice as we had been given a voucher as a Christmas gift and it was soon to be running out.( one thing to bear in mind is that if you are coming with a voucher it only includes the Steak with the main course, all the sides are added extras. )
Cleanliness
On arrival first impressions were very good, the establishment is clean tidy and well presented. ( both eating area and the ablutions) and remained the case throughout the experience.
Staff.
The staff were courteous when we arrived and service quite prompt, the drinks order was slightly muddled but not a show stopper and were asked "are you not paying the optional service charge" when paying for the meal (they have 12.5% opt Serv charge on the bill, a bit of an Americanism which I don't believe in . I do tip if a tip is warranted. In this occasion not 12.5%) so a stupid question when she was told how much to take off the card which did include tip.
On leaving the front of house had a couple of customers there so we were ignored when leaving which seemed to lessen the "individual" experience.
Food
On the whole the food was edible however like a lot of reviews on here the steak was over done on all counts, the rest of the dinner however was satisfactory and do recommend the pecan pie.
Drink.
As I said earlier the drinks order had a drink missing which was not a show stopper but a school boy error like this should not happen in a restaurant with a high reputation like this.
The rose was an acquired taste too ( unfortunately no one on our table had acquired it ) and cost £12 per glass
Conclusion.
A mediocre run of the mill restaurant with a higher class branding where the food, drink and service is massively outweighed by the cost.

We went here for my friend's 38th birthday. We were given a private room, which were dark and cold. But that was not the worse part of the appalling experience.
First off, Marco Pierre is a steakhouse, so when you order steak and you expected it to cook the way you like. Not so, my T boned steak had to be cooked twice and so did my other two friends' steak. The birthday boy ordered a cheese platter, but 3 kind of cheese were missing from the plate so he complained. Instead of giving him the missing cheese, he were given more of the same cheese that were on the plate.
So ok, they messed up with the starter and main course, we thought it couldn't get any worse. And it did.
We all ordered desert and tea. I ordered the Eton Mess, which was not bad. Much better than the steak I had by a long mile. But my tea came 20 minutes after I had eaten my desert. They somehow managed to get my tea order wrong twice.
We complained to the manager about the food and service after. We got this classic reply from him " Marco Pierre is classy restaurant, you were lucky to get the private room."
I won't ever go back here again. Not recommended, service is poor, the steak are over cooked. Money is better spent elsewhere.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nick H.Birmingham, West Midlands717726 Mar 2016
The restaurant is quite hard to find as it is on a little back street but when you do find it, you are well greeted by the friendly staff. It was quite dark inside as not much natural light enters this place which is a shame. The staff are efficient and the food arrived at suitable intervals. The soup was warming and hearty and the steak was cooked to perfection. Sides were ample and well prepared. The desserts were fresh and were expertly presented. A calm and intimate atmosphere was created and our waitress was friendly and diligent.
