    The staff are really nice and friendly, but sadly both cut and colour were done to a very poor standard. The highlights seemed very haphazard and uneven. Most hairdressers usually weave into sections of the hair and line the foils up in neat rows to unsure highlights are applied evenly and you don't get chunks or streaks. The foils I had were all over the place, so I'm not surprised the result is so uneven; I have streaks on the left side, and large sections where you can still see roots on the right (where the colour either hasn't taken or perhaps wasn't applied) During the colour, I was taken over to the sink, and then put back under a dryer about four times, which seemed to suggest the colourist was unsure how long to leave the foils in.
    As for the cut; I had a trim, and also have a bit of feathering at the front. I didn't notice at the time because of how it was blowdryed, but now I have washed and straightened my hair, I can see that even the cut is completely uneven  the feathering at the front are all different lengths on each side and doesn't graduate down evenly. It's a really Junior job, but I didn't pay for a Junior stylist. The cut and colour were competitively priced, but still came to over £100.
    The staff were polite and friendly and to their credit, did offer to put a few extra highlights in at the top to hide the roots. But I'm so very unhappy with both colour and cut, I've decided not to go back as I don't want the same stylist doing my hair again. I gave the salon two stars rather than one, since it's not like my hair has turned green or fallen out, but I will need to pay to get another salon to redo the colour. Despite paying for a full head of highlights, I have dark roots against my light blonde hair, and still look as if I am in urgent need of a colour.

    I was a first time customer last week at one of your new salons, I will not be returning. When booking the appointment I specifically asked for a stylist who knew long wavy hair. I wanted to discuss various styles and had brought pictures with me but your stylist was not interested in hearing how I wanted to wear my hair. All she said was it depends on how you style it at home. NO IT DEPENDS ON HOW GOOD THE CUT IS.
    I had 5 inches cut off my hair with no styling and no regard to how it naturally falls and the fact that it is curly, wavy and very thick. I even had to trim bits of my fringe when I returned home.
    This is amongst the top 3 WORST haircuts I have ever had. I am now going to have to get it restyled and have it much shorter than I had planned.
    I belong to various networking groups in the area and they will be hearing of my less than pleasant experience.
    You should warn people on your website that you are the EASYJET of hair salons and that if you want anything other than a straight cut and blow dry it will cost you extra and if you want refreshments that will cost as well.
