MAC

Obligatory stop in to MAC whenever I travel to stock up on goodies.

The MAC store is great. It was fully stocked. A nice associate helped me test out colors on my face and make decisions, giving her opinion when I asked for it and not acting pushy or sales-y at all.

This location is next to a great shopping district; a lot of other stores including boutiques, outlet shops, designer shops, chain retail (Mango, H&M, etc).

Also not far from a wonderful square next to Weinmeisterstraße U-bahn where tons of cafes and restaurants are located, chairs and tables sprawled out with live music and entertainment.

This MAC shop is a bit easy to miss (it's exterior doesn't stand out in any particular way against the more colorful shops in the area), but it's worth the bit of hunting. I've been to quite a few MAC shops in Germany (as well as abroad) and the service here is amongst the friendliest (not quite up to Hamburg's MAC standards, but close :P ).


I love going into MAC to feast my eyes, even if I'm not up for a purchase. I love the eye-candy and the fun that customers always seem to be having when they come into these stores.


The quality of the products is of consistant MAC quality - good, well-pigmented products at a more-than-decent price and great wear.
