the photoshoot experience was . I enjoyed myself and was so pleased with the results, am trying to decide which ones I want airbrushed in the end lol.. You guys are a credit and you all could completely understood the looks I wanted to achieve and made me feel very comfortable. thanks to the make up artist who was so patient with me as i hardly wore make up all the day.am not used to it.. she made me enjoyed it. i like her patience and her advice. I think your service was excellent value for money and would recommend you to anyone wanting this kind of service and if I wanted another shoot again I would come straight back. wish to know if i can book one whole session for after my graduation???? with my class mates..that would be rocking.

These cowboys are all over the BBC watchdog programme! They should be in prison for the intimidation and broken promises they have delivered  to so many young people!

Very poor customer service, and pushy sales. would not recommend, they take a 'refundable booking fee' which was never refunded lost £60 to them and the woman on the phone lied when she said it would be refunded to me on the day of the makeover! after numerous e-mails and promises of a refund, it never was, basically a scam. Even though my friend bought a photo for £50!!
Very poor customer service would NOT recommend to anyone!
I have reported them to action fraud, and local consumer advice line, which I recommend everyone who has been scammed also reports them to so we can get this company brought to justice/closed!!
    call consumer advice on : 08454 040506/ 0300 3300650 (freephone)
    and report these fraudsters!!

I went to the studio and personally did not enjoy the day. I found i was rushed through the day and the photographs at the end were expensive and out of my budget. They should tell you prices before you go there. makeup was nice and hair but the viewing session was not very nice. I would just advise people to call before hand and ask questions before you go. That was my mistake as i didnt xpect to have a day of misery.

Same as other I ''won'' a free makeover but i was not sure of what was going on so I ask them about my ''deposit'' and here is the answer with my original mail and the mail that they send to me!
    Dear Alessia,

Many thanks for your email. After researching your appointment. I
understand you have won this as a competition which is great news for
you as usually this package would cost £399.00 per person. This package
to have your hair, make-up and photo shoot has been paid and sponsored
and the marketing company that has done this for you requires a deposit
of £100.00 to ensure you attend. When you attend your appointment, at
the end of the session, the studio will allow you to fully redeem your
    deposit monies paid.

Hope this give you some clarification.

Kind regards and have a great time on Sunday.

I have been there yesterday with my family. So stupid that I haven't check this site before, but lady on the phone was waiting so I paid £99.00 instead of £60.00 via paypal(I didn't give my bank details over the phone)-assurance for us to attend on the day.
Fair enough as all the monies will be refunded on the dayI was told.
We came there at 5.00pm, waiting for an hour to make up etc. After hour when I asked how long it is going to be, as my son was bored and hungry, they took us to fungus stinky downstairs. Then make-up artist said that I can have my makeover now. It took about 5 minuteswell I do myself better than this in 3 minutes! My hair wasn't really done, as they were still wet from the rain and she didn't have blow drier so she couldn't do anything with it.
Then few shots, Enzo the Photographer was nice and funny. Shame that he takes place in such a big SCAM.
Pictures was ok, but when I heard the prices I almost died. Eg. small 7cm x 9cm  £50 for one! £1500 for 20?
I wanted to buy some of them, but couldn't afford with those prices! So I have fight with this weird guy in office, he told me that he have never had so angry customers, everyone is very happy with the service they provide! He said that my £99 is non refundable as I have to purchase minimum 5 pictures (5x£50=£250) and my £99 is in the price so I have to pay only £151 more! What a deal!!!!
He told me that he is not the boss there and maybe I will not have to pay the rest of it, he will process report to them-bosses! that I didn't know nothing about this and maybe they will be so nice and I will not be charged of rest of £ 250 ( £151). Then I got really mad. I told him that I will drag them to Court if they will not refund my £99. And I will. I have gave them time until tomorrow, if nothing till then I will show them how they should't MUG people. And when I say I really mean.

I went there and could not afford the prices. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of saying I'd buy a few pics as I was VERY pressured! I filled in my bank details stupidly and then after doing so, changed my mind and protested I could not afford it. Anyway, he agreed he would shred my details and not charge me for the pics and I took none away with me. I did not receive my refund back AND I then had someone in the same part of London booking expensive hotels and trips abroad with my card days after the event!! I knew it was him and told my bank (as they called me suspecting fraud) but I could not prove anything. I got my money back from the bank, but still no deposit. I can't state enough how dreadful they are!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!
