I'm going to this place every Friday late afternoon as I work around the corner. This is a great place to have a pint with friends and the terrace is awesome when it gets sunny! It's a bit remote from the High Road therefore you feel very comfortably and a bit isolated from crazy noisy London!

Unfortunately they recently stopped brewing their own beers, which were delicious! Bear in mind that it's a bit expensive to eat there (13-14£ for a burgher - gasspppp) and the staff is not necessarily nice and pleasant. Yet, apparently they will do some work and this is why the place will be shut down for the three weeks until mid-May. They should brew again their own beer.

I strongly recommend this place if you wanna enjoy a pint in Chiswick in a comfy place!

Nice pub that recently been refurbished, the micro brewery is gone and more tables... Though, getting food from kitchen takes forever, plan 45min wait

For any beer enthusiast visiting London I really recommend taking the trip down to Chiswick to visit this place. The atmosphere is really nice and the beer is simply amazing. Especially their American Pale Ale was something out of this world!
They also do food and on Sunday's after 4pm all their mains are only £10!
The normal prices are between £10-15 so it's not the cheapest pub eatery around but the beer is just so good that it's worth the few quid extra for the food! :)

If the weather is nice their terrace is also a nice place to relax. They also have heaters there so it's OK to sit outside even if it's a bit chilly.

    Great beers (it's a brewery)
    Good food
And a huge megascreen to watch 6 nations matches. Try the lamb hamburger
Beware: Can become crowded in a mo'.

A little disapponting I was expecting more than one of their own beers . Infact only half of the pulls had beer on . However it is a lovely pub , lots of dark wood , copper and butcher block tables . Its got a nice patio area . The beer I tasted was well kept .
