I am a regular customer at Lacey Lou's and always leave happy with my treatment and the service I received. The girls are always keeping up to date with new treatments and running promotions that are great value for money. The salon is very friendly and welcoming, I never feel rushed.
I would highly recommend Lacey Lou's for a day of pampering.

i totally agree with you
the machine was broken, sometimes they were late opening the shop, on one occasion after my treatment they had burnt my skin above my lip and i called the the next day to discuss, but i am still awaiting thjat call, its been 11 weeks so far
the staff are always rude, as is the owners mum who works there and they have not called m back despite me having called them for the last 11 weeks on 8 occasions, customer service sucks and i will be contacting kgb to let them know of feedback
i suggest you guys do the same and get your money back from lacey lous
I called Lacey Lou's, after finding eye brow threading advertised on their website, and was told by the receptionist that I would get a call back to inform me if there were any appointments available for the same day. After sitting around for nearly an hour waiting for a call back, I decided to call the salon. The "lady" who answered the phone was really short and said that they don't do eye brow threading anymore although it was clearly advertised. When I enquired as to why I didn't get a call back as I was told, she said to me that the person was not a receptionist and was just covering and she was too busy.No apologies were issued either and she hung up on me.Definitely won't be going here as customer service is not their forte.
I went there due to the good reviews on Yelp, however, I was very disappointed with the service they provide.
The good thing first. The staff is friendly and offered me something to drink in the beginning. I booked a 60 min pedicure and was looking forward to some pampering. However, the whole service lasted around 50 minutes including the 20 minutes it took to dry the nails. The pedicure started with a 2 minute foot bath and some cream. The problems started when the lady started to put on nail polish on my nails. First, the polish she used was old and did not work properly. She constantly added some polish thinner but it did not help the cause. She did my nails twice as she saw how horrible it looked. She did not consider using another bottle. Even after putting on the polish twice, the result was really horrible. After she was done, she said I should wait 15 minutes after which she asked me to pay. Overall, the whole treatment was maximum 30 minutes. Considering that she had to put on the polish twice, this is really a joke for the 35 quid I paid.
I am very disappointed and won't go back there.
