Good food, service can be a little off and surly, but not rude. You get the impression that they don't enjoy the job. Never mind the food makes up for it, quickly served and plentiful in potions.
Recommended. Just give the waiters some happy pills
I went here for my birthday dinner on the 29th October 2011. The staff were rude. The food came out within 5 minutes of ordering and was chucked on the table. The bill was also thrown on the table at the end with the waiter not so much as turning in our direction. The worst part was the next few days we all had severe food poisoning. My mother was sent to hospital as she has a high risk medical condition and I (as a healthy 27 year old) was very close to being sent. We all came from different homes and this was the only meal we shared, I have no doubt that the food poisoning came from La Terraza. I had previously visited this place twice before about a year ago with both meals being okay, since then it seems to have gone downhill. I will never visit this place again.
I have been drinking and eating in this restaurant for years, not long after it opened.I have to say that the food and wines are second to none.Ive eaten not only with my partner, but with work collegues and friends. All of them have enjoyed paella to t-bone steaks, fine rioja to chilled pinot! The fish, meat, vegetables and home made tortilla is a must, waiters are fun and like to have a laugh and get involved, they make sure you get what you want, which is nice for people who arent sure what to order.Wining and dining here is great and cost wise very resonable,a must for those who like a little piece of europe on their doorstep.Make a visit its well worth it!
