The owner of this restaurant obviously couldn't decide between all the awesome choices of food they could've sold and obviously elected to sell the whole lot! You'll find Philippine, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Indian and Halal food here, either as a main meal, or you have the option of making use of their all-you-can-eat buffet.

This place is a great option for lunch, quiet too, as it's situated on the outskirts of the Tooting Bec area, about a ten minute walk from the station. The all-you-can-eat lunch buffet costs a mere £6.50. Dinner in their relaxed restaurant will cost you about £7.50. You could buy a takeaway box for £4.99, but then you'd missing out on seconds.

To give this review some context, I have never really eaten much Filipino food prior to coming to Kusinang Munti and I'm not usually a huge fan of buffets either.  But I have to say that based on the friendliness of the owners and staff, this place gets 3.5 stars in my book!  Loved the pancit noodles and flan as well - food is best when it is fresh.  Come here if you're looking for an inexpensive meal and really friendly staff.

Traditional Pinoy (Filipino) cuisine is on offer at Kusinang Munti in a convenient buffet. The daily menu changes but you won't be guaranteed with the available choices - you'll find adobo, kare kare, lechon kawale, satays, lumpia (Filipino version of a vegetarian spring roll) and dinuguan. Located a short walk from Tooting Broadway it is a little out of the way for central Londonders but worth a visit to sample some Filipino cuisine.
