We came here for dinner and I have mixed feelings. The decor is eclectic but fits in quite well with other cozy hipster Berlin bars. It's small and seating is limited, so if you're coming to eat, make a reservation. They have an all-vegan dinner menu, and our group ordered one of each of the tapas and shared everything. Some were delicious, some were kind of boring. Desserts were excellent, especially the Napoleon one. I got three cocktails and loved the espresso martini and the one that tasted like a creamsicle. All in all I had a great night, but the service was borderline acceptable and mostly terrible. I guess that's what you get when you eat dinner somewhere that is primarily a bar. Would I come here again? Maybe for drinks or the coffee pop up. For dinner? Probably not.

Great place, cozy yet unfamiliar decoration. Once you figure out the theme reigning the place you fall in love. Prices are above great: 3€ for most beers. Fills up after 9pm. Big windows allow you to scare people on their phones trying to figure out if this is the bar they are supposed to meet their friends. One star taken because smoking is allowed inside and it stinks after a while. Will come again.

Blink and you will miss it.

Free pretzel sticks on the tables, so I just got to love this bar. :) Czech beer on bottle, little terrace. Found myself there on many nights during my stay in Berlin, althought I'm still not sure why. But hell, it is a bar what more do you need?

Best bar in all of Berlin! The food is fantastic too. I highly recommend heading there around 8:30, eating, and having a few drinks. They have a great selection of vegan food. Ask for Michelle, she's the greatest bartender and waitress I've ever had. The vibe is super chill, super cheap, and great food and drinks!

Kuschlowski is ostensibly a Russian vodka bar, though you'd never know it by a. observing the patrons, b. asking the barstaff. In New York, this place would be a sloppy, drunken mess, but in Berlin, it's merely another cute neighborhood bar with an excellent (Eastern) vodka selection: namely Russian, Polish, and Ukrainian brands. Other neighborhood bars have Zubrowka and Honey Pepper varieties, to which Kuschlowki adds lesser known vodkas like Putinka, Khortitsa, and even a pine nut-flavored spirit. Yet snacks ultimately seal the deal - there are pretzel sticks on every table, and each shot of vodka comes with 2 small zakuski: a bite of black bread paired with a pickle and ham, respectively. Brilliant.

Its small and cozy with typical decor for the area: random furniture plus worn-down walls. It fills up after nine and goes until two or three on most nights.

They serve bottled beer, but the star of the bar is vodka. They have Russian Standard and flavored vodkas that are reasonably priced. Perhaps five to eight vodkas all in all, and nothing is over EUR3.00.

It being a "vodka bar", I wouldn't recommend it to a vodka connoisseur as the vodkas are not unique nor particularly spectacular if you are acquainted with vodka.

I would say, though, that if you think vodka is disgusting, then this place is for you as it will change how you think about it. It is a great introduction to some very fine vodkas.

The staff is friendly and will assist you in finding the right vodka for you.

If you are in the area, it is definitely worth a look.
