Every time we've been, it's been an experience. The staff are more than helpful and with a slice of Manchester friendliness to boot.
The designs are constantly changing so if you don't find inspiration from the rails or myriad designs in the custom range, just pop in later in the year for a totally new collection.
Glam, bam, thankyou ma'am! I love this shop. It's the holy grail of underwear shops, specialising in corsets. There's something in here that'll appeal to every style and body shape.
I think the thing that sets this shop apart is the the designer herself, Sadia. She's spent the best part of a decade perfecting her corset-making skills, and her attention to detail as well as use of the finest quality silks and satins really makes them stand apart from the high street stores. You can buy a high quality piece starting at £100 or get one custom made. Well worth the money.
I have to agree with Angela... This shop is amazing and it you want to feel amazing under your clothes, then stop... collaborate and listen.. Sadia is back with her brand new invention, OK ... designing corsets goes way back, but not necessarily with this amount of attention to detail! I think all corset lovers need to have visited this shop at least once! The materials you can choose from are so sumptuous, and delicate... I would like to be left in here at night with a few girly mates and some wine, so we could have fun dressing up!
Kiku boutique is a shop selling corsets and other lovely attire (like matching hats!) on Tib Street, they have a tailor Sadia who is lovely- if there's something specific you need she's more than happy to help, the prices aren't cheap but the quality is extremely good!
Love this shop, exactly what Manchester needs more of, good quality locally made clothes.
They make the nicest corsets I've seen and there new style is really nice. My partner has a fuchsia silk brocade waspie that is just stunning especially with the long floor length silk skirts.
I think prices are very reasonable compared to other shops. I've not seen any where else with silk clothes as cheap. For the quality they are well worth the price.
Take the time to go into the shop and order clothes to fit you. You may have to wait a few days but the difference in fit will be worth it. Changes a nice item in to one you'll love.
