Kick-fitness was founded and is run by Christian Thomson, a 5 times British Kick-boxing Champion and Current WKA -80kg World Champion.
With a world champion kickboxing -80kg title under his belt and a five time British champion title, Christian is a force to be reckoned with. With his considerable experience, enthusiasm and energy he created Kick-Fitness. Christian is a qualified Personal Trainer and Master Trainer with decades of martial arts experience and competence in multiple sports. One of his greatest skills is not only reaching his own goals but his ambition and ability to help people of all fitness levels see positive results, from those with little or no exercise history to some of the most experienced athletes. Christian has drive, determination and is a dynamic Personal Trainer who motivates, encourages and inspires.
