    Amazing trainer and really inspirational. Definitely worth a shot. Was scared at first, but it really was a good way to get fit. Now I see Christian and Ashley once a week and they are really amazing. Must visit!!

    Christian has been my Personal Trainer and mentor since May 2009. Before this time, I did minimal workouts, but with thanks to an office relocation with much easier access to a new gym (and a realisation that being in my late 40s I needed some help) I was encouraged to re-evaluate my needs. At school I had never been one to step forward and would do anything to avoid my Physical Education. Therefore it was a big step for me to commit in this way. Christian very quickly had me achieving goals I would have believed impossible a few weeks earlier, and enjoying the process. With Christian's attentiveness, encouragement and support, I am, in time, always able to achieve the targets and objectives he sets. I am healthier than I have ever been before and I still continue to learn and improve. I can honestly say I look forward to every session.

Kick-fitness was founded and is run by Christian Thomson, a 5 times British Kick-boxing Champion and Current WKA -80kg World Champion.

With a world champion kickboxing -80kg title under his belt and a five time British champion title, Christian is a force to be reckoned with. With his considerable experience, enthusiasm and energy he created Kick-Fitness. Christian is a qualified Personal Trainer and Master Trainer with decades of martial arts experience and competence in multiple sports. One of his greatest skills is not only reaching his own goals but his ambition and ability to help people of all fitness levels see positive results, from those with little or no exercise history to some of the most experienced athletes. Christian has drive, determination and is a dynamic Personal Trainer who motivates, encourages and inspires.
