    Hi

    Worst hairdresser experience in my life.
    The staff is neither friendly nor welcoming.
    I was served by two different hairdresser, they just changed over while washing my hair.
    My hair is now orange after having highlights, I didn't even have a colour. That requires some skills of incompetence.
    DO NOT go there.
    I'm in tear, if you want my advise, don't go there.

    I smelled a rat as soon as I entered for my Groupon hair cut and colour. They were sullen and unfriendly at reception. When they sat me down, I was offered a cup of black coffee and dumped it in the hair trolley, not on the mirror shelf in front of me, which I thought was odd. Then the problems began. A hairdresser came across to me, took one look at my head of hair grabbed a bunch of it and casually exclaimed that my hair was too thick to carry a normal quantity of hair colour and that I needed to pay another fiver for full coverage. I objected. Never in my life has any hairdresser ever said that to me and I have been going to hairdressers for colour for 20 odd years. My hair is very fine, not thick, and takes a regular amount of colour perfectly well, thank you. I refused to pay over the deal I'd paid and she walked away and attended to another girl who had just entered and was being seated. I then overheard her say to this lady that her hair was too dark and she needed more than the usual amouint of hightlights and would have to pay another fiver
    I got up and walked out. I know scammers when I see them. Clearly their policy for Groupon vocher holders was that your hair was too this; too that; too the other and, because it was 'too this, too that, too the other, you had to pay more for them to carry through the Groupon deal.
    I am now complaining to Groupon and will be asking for a full refund.
    AVOID!
