    This take away, is one of the fastest for home delivery ones that I have ever used. The food often arrives within 20 minutes of ordering- and we are 2 miles from the takeaway. Delivery is free for orders over £12 within a 3 mile radius.

    The staff are friendly on the telephone and the food always arrives hot and is consistantly really nice, tasty food. the prices are pretty reasonable too.

    Just wanted to make everyone aware of some atrocious customer service. After collecting my food and taking it home, my friend found a couple of hairs in her food. Naturally, not happy, I called them, being extremely calm and polite, I told them the issue and asked for a refund. It was only £8.60 worth of food so it wasn't asking for much. Not once did I receive an apology, and after a long phone call, they told me if I could give them the food back then they would refund it. Of course, being as there was a hair in it, I put it in the bin, but had left over rice and sauce. So when the driver arrived, we gave him the food we had, and since he was insistent he wanted the other food, we also got agitated enough to pop the bin in front of him. We gave him the hair from the food, and he dropped it and said that there wasn't a hair, and got back in the car and drove off. He was unbelievably rude to us. We went into the store after and asked to speak to the manager, and the guy who had come to our house was the manager! After speaking to him in store, he got aggressive, was accusing us of lying, not once did we get an apology, and in the end told us he could only give us £3 as the whole meal wasn't there (obviously we'd eaten some before we saw the hair) In the end we got £4 back and a lot of chinese shouting as we left the shop.

    The whole experience was disgusting, personally we both work in food restaurant places and if a customer complains about it, you replace the whole meal and apologise profusely. The old saying 'the customer is always right' apparently doesn't stand true anymore.
