Hasn't changed in decades. Still very 50's rock n roll with leather booths, jukebox and fishtank. It's actually been used as a TV set. Food good old Italian cafe standards - fish nchips, pastas and fantastic ice cream.
Jaconelli's has been in Maryhill for a great number of years. Do everything Italian that we Glaswegians love - Fish & Chips; Pizzas; Fantastic Ice Creams.
Mario palyed in a Band at the Electric Garden on Sauchiehall Street in the early 70's. Think he was on Keyboards.
5 Star Chippie & 5 Star People.
Had a superb fish supper here, chips where a joy and the fish was lovely cooked, and his ice cream afterwards, amazing. Nice staff as well considering the hassle they get from the local neds.
