Wow, what a waste of my gasoline and time.
Gotta text saying 57% off "Jacks TeeShirts" with the ONLY disclaimer in the text was the expiration date.
I came down to buy some tee's for a few family members back east, went to the register and was told it doesn't include these "Jacks TeeShirts"
I obviously am missing something in the text, I guess I need better glasses, cuz I don't see a disclaimer in the text/picture about which TeeShirts.
And I'm such a freaking loyal customer spending hundreds a year there. Year after year after year...
I was wearing at the time Hybrid Shorts and a TeeShirt that I purchased there.
Loyalty is a two way street, they sure could use a lesson on customer retention.

Came in to check out some long boards with my daughter. Got some help from Ginger. He had the best demeanor and knowledge from any other surf store we've been to. Explained board types to surf style ratio. She was looking for a 8ft board and Ginger def helped point her in the right direction. Alton vs Odysea. Great information exchanged. If you want an honest sale with with tons of information and research, come to Jack's. Highly impressed with this young man!

The "kid" working closed the doors at 8:40 and wouldn't let a customer come in during hours of operation. Do better and not turn down customers DURING hours of operation!!! How embarrassing for a "well known staple" in Huntington Beach.... I'll be taking mine and all my students for surf lessons this summer elsewhere for suits

Got a great deal on a new Fish board here, and it was a wonderful experience. Everything from ordering, to the customer service, to the pick up in store went without a hitch. They even disposed of the packaging and installed my fins for me, all within minutes. And I got a great price to boot! If you're looking for some surfing or beach gear, give Jack's a try!

I was in such a hurry I didn't want to go across the street. But now that I checked my receipt I wish I did.

I came in at 8AM this morning and purchased the mashup. Jack's has a great selection with many different board sizes available. While the boards are great the customer service was terrible. None of the many employees talking and drinking coffee (I was the only one there at opening) offered to help me. When I asked someone where the traction pads were the employee seemed burdened and passed me off to another employee, then to one more who just pointed "there" and walked away. The cashier that checked me out had an attitude of are you going to buy something or not.
I'll stick to buying my boards at the rip curl store in San Clemente in the future.The selection is small but the staff are friendly and actually ask you questions to help you find what you need, and they don't press you to buy stuff/ make you feel like you're wasting their time when you spend $1,000.
