Out doing touristy things and walked in right after they opened. The ice cream was great and the service was as well. Loved the sweet lady, Shirl, who helped us. She was very nice and personable. Hope to make it back!

I was kind of cold and in the mood for a warm snack, so I picked the kouign aman ($5). It was fluffy, but nothing super special. I think I'll stick to ice cream next time I'm at JP. The store was on the dirtier side, so I'd recommend taking your food to go.

I have a super power... eating ice cream extremely slowly. I never wanted this experience to end.

Mr. K and I talked about J.P. Licks all day and made dinner plans to leave room for dessert every night. The flavor options were just divine. We tasted a couple different flavors, but each found our perfect flavor and stuck to it: peanut butter cookie dough chip and salted caramel cookies n' cream. We also splurged on the chocolate dipped cone.

Appreciate that they have dairy free, gluten free, and vegan options. Ending the night at this cute shop on Charles Street became our Boston ritual.

Amazing service - so friendly to kids trying different flavors - and such flavorful ice cream. The dairy-free black raspberry was the first time I've had this flavor since I became lactose intolerant as an adult, and it took me back to my childhood like a scene from Ratatouille, true story.

I am an ice cream and I approve this location. Of course, I read the reviews and someone said it was a tourist spot. As a tourist, I opted to check it out and fell in love instantly. 30 minutes after consuming the ice cream I continuously declare that was some good ice cream. It was a nice vibe and great customer service. That was by far the most delicious ice cream I've had in a while. If you are in the area, check this delicious spot out. You will not be disappointed. And do yourself a favor and get a large!

They're small scoop is actually quite large, as opposed to some ice cream shops I've been to. They have a great selection of dairy free things, from pumpkin to cranberry orange sorbet and I forget what else (there were five). The vegan pumpkin was super rich and creamy, with a mild pumpkin flavor but rich vanilla aftertaste. I couldn't finish even a small cuz it just felt super rich, but i would come back to try other flavors. The line was long at 4pm on a Sunday but service was pretty fast.

Great ice cream the sea salted pineapple was a delicious alternative to the traditional ice cream flavors.
The frozen yogurt had a wonderful tart taste that was like unsweetened yogurt.
      Looking forward to returning again.

Definitely enjoy the ice cream here, Charles Street is a happening location for tourists like us. Very international and hip. The ice cream here was delicious and they have non-dairy options which is great for my wife.

Huge ice cream and nice flavor. Try the dipped cone. Chocolate coat is yummy. But the calories are too high.
