Items all arrived on time, with no damage.
Friendly delivery driver.
Went back to change an item and returned very quickly with it.
Delivered in the snow, and on time.
the main bad points are
Not enough choice for toiletries. Don't do magazines or books.
have an easy to use website, which is a plus, as on some you can spend almost as much time trying to order as going to the actual shop.
The delivery driver was pleasant, and even delivered in the snow, saying that I did realise that one bag of frozen food I had ordered was missing, and as I was due to be leaving the house after the delivery, I arranged over the phone with the Iceland staff to have it sent round and left in the snow by door. (They turned up about half an hour later full of apologies and did not charge for the items).
The milk was quite short dated, but this was not a problem, as the driver said he would go straight back and change it, so all in all a good experience.
Just wished that they did a wider range of food and goods, as their service was excellent, something that you would expect.
I have started to use Tesco every now and again now though, as the range of items is more extensive, as I think that at times your ideas of food (eating) diet changes, and the life you lead changes also. Plus, the Clubcard points add up to use on something, be it shopping or days out.
But yes, Iceland I would use again. A good time to use I think would be when the freezer is getting a little low and it needs to be restocked with frozen goodies. Ideal for summer ices and lollies, as otherwise the ices would melt just getting them home from the store to your freezer, and there is nothing worse than thick iced lollies.

good for bargains.
only really useful if you eat a lot of microwave meals or have a large freezer to store food in as the fresh produce section isnt that great.
The none frozen items tend to be a little more expensive than what they would be elsewhere.
however, there are bargains still to be had.
I like that they offer a range of kitchen goods, such as cookers and freezers. although these do not seem to be any cheaper than elsewhere, however because i have seen them instore, iceland would be somewhere i would consider looking for these items should i need them inthe future.
the staff are generally ok. at the tills, they are quick and efficient, even when queues are to the back of the store. the till staff still try to do what they can to deal with customers quickly and fairly politely.
be aware though, that if you go into this store whilst they are stocking up, you will have to dodge boxes as the staff will not move out of the way for you.

I find it hard to do a full shop in Iceland. However, it's a fairly cheap place to go and has as you would expect a large range of frozen food products. I think the main selling point of iceland is its car park. It's right in the middle of the city and from the car park you can get quick access to all parts of the city via joining the walls and walking along them to where you need to go. If you spend £5 in Iceland, you get around half an hour to an hour's free parking. And, you can do the shopping after you have been around town, just tell the parking attendant. So it's a truly awesome scheme. If you have more than one of you needing to do a bank run for example, you can park right next to it and while your at it you can pick up some essentials. Iceland have really got it right with this.
