I have now twice had poor customer service from House of Flowers two orders placed via their website have failed to be delivered. When the orders failed to materialize, I rang them to ask for assistance. They offered no help and did not ask any questions. The woman just sent me to a different number. They also could not help, and sent me on to InterFlora. Their website claims to be associated with InterFlora, but when I spoke to InterFlora, they said that House of Flowers is not associated with them. If you are placing orders from overseas or online, do not use them.
