This pub is attached to a Premier Inn. It is however independent from the hotel. It does serve the breakfasts for the hotel.
The food is very good. Its the traditional pub grub that is always popular. The puddings are just to die for. The vegetarian sauages are a let down. They are dry and tasteless,. don't go there.
The staff are hard working. The pub needs more staff. We spoke to the manager bout this. He said the company that runs it won't sanction extra staff.
There is Real ale, two actually.
I have been in here a couple of times and it seems to be a very busy place most evenings and especially on the weekends. It also seems to be a family orientated pub as well offering traditional pub grub! The Sunday lunches are lovely and very large portions. The staff are absolutely great a real asset to the place. The pub is next to the Premier Inn and is situated just outside of town.
My favorite Aylesbury pub. Lovely decor very clean and tidy. Good food and they have sky on TV. What more can you ask for. We always pop in here for lunch after taking my Dad to Stoke Mandeville for his eye treatment. Staff are always pleasant and plenty of parking available. They also have a lovely garden cnd childrens play area.
again i don't go out for these kinda restaurant too much so i don't know what is this about
