    Very friendly, but I was quite dissatisfied ..second time I've been there now. The first time, everything went fine. But I took my bike there about a month ago now for a service and MOT, and didn't feel like I was treated the best or even just with common curtsy. Was told to bring it down in the morning, so it would be finished by the end of the day.
    When I got there and was trying to hand it over, calls were being taken, people were coming in, so didn't feel like I was priority. I didn't even get to discuss if there was any problems with the bike, was just rushed out. (That's how I felt)
    When it came to picking the bike up, was told I would get a phone call when it was ready.
    that didn't happenSo I phoned them a little before closing, and wad told it wasn't ready.
    Was a little annoyed, but wasn't a major problem. Got told to come in the next day (Saturday) at 12 0'clock to pick it up and don't be late is what I got told.
    I got there at 12, as told, to find my bike still being worked on.. (P***ed off a bit now). Had to wait another 45 mins outside for them to finish, and when paying and finalising things, was told the front brake was a bit tight, should loosen up. All of that, made me feel that they forgot about my bike on Friday, and rushed it through on the Saturday, and it shows! I had a puncture on the front that didn't get noticed, indicator switch wasn't fixed , back brakes doesnt feel like it was touched..So it leads me to think, what did they actually do??
    A month on, and my bike feels like it was before it went in. Doesn't feel any better, and front brake is still stiff.
    It's a shame, because I heard a lot of good things about this shop. The first time I went there that seemed to be the case. But the second time has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

    Just read a previous review and they proved my point They are willing to drop a current job to help others . Thanks Paul. That's what I feel happened to me. Them calls that were being answered when I was handing over sounded like people booking in.ahead of me. And that seemed to be the case when i went to pick up my bike a day and a half later, and it was still being worked on.
    All of this wouldn't have mattered if my bike came back feeling good, but it didn't .
    I feel bad leaving this because they are nice people, but this was my experience and how I feel I was treated.

Honda riders has been a successful business since 1976 and we are Vat registered. As a back street garage in Peckham, we must be doing a good job considering how busy we are!

History

Established in 1976.

My father opened up in 1976 when we had barely enough money to purchase the property. Every shelf in my shop was built out of old scrap he found in skips. I have kept the shop almost exactly the same out of respect.
My shop may look dated but it's regarded as a diamond in the rough as we stock and supply almost everything that customers require.
My main priority is to make customers feel like friends and not pound notes.
