I'd chose this Hilton property for location. I regularly stay at Hilton properties. Convenient access to two Tube locations, and there are many pubs to choose from nearby.
Bad Start: No room upgrade was offered upon arrival. And no gym shower was offered upon arriving early from US flight since early check-in was unavailable.
Best: English breakfast is well done with fresh fruits offered and excellent coffee. Best part of the hotel. See pics.
* Wi-Fi (free to some HHonor guests) requires constant re-logins using my iPad and iPhone. I emphasize constant. Why the aggravation?? One day I re logged in so many times I received message indicating I exceeded my log-in allowance. No technical reason for this nonsense.
* Paid £15 for a 30 minute local phone call. My pocket was picked. I asked at front desk if this was possibly in error re a local call; not an ounce of shame or embarrassment about the charges. I might be more agreeable if the call was int'l.
Tip I: something to do if you arrive early...visit the nearby British Museum. Good for 2-3 hours, and free.
Tip II: I tried several of the nearby local pubs and my vote for a favorite was Friend at Hand.

Ok location, and sizable room, which is a plus in London. But it was a smelly room, with creaky floors, fluctuating water temperature, and ongoing requirement to re login to wi-if. HHonors members would be better served staying at the more modern Doubletree just down the street. That one is closer to more restaurant options, too.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much.
Service staff was very friendly, the breakfast was quite extensive and very tasty, and the location was very convenient with Euston station just around the corner. The room was also quite clean and well appointed; seemed larger than most hotel rooms I have seen in Europe.

A standard Hilton hotel -- nothing exceptional and nothing horrible. Obviously, they have gotten some mixed reviews, but I'm just on the mediocre end.
My room is definitely spacious, which is a HUGE surprise for London --- granted, I did get a king size room. They have hardwood floors, which I like, a desk, a sitting area, and a dresser (All of this describes their KING room). Their bathroom is also quite spacious. Lots of area and space on the along the sink area..... a tub with extendable showerhead.
****CENTRAL HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING. Even if it's the summer right now, I'm cold. The room is quite chilly. I tried to change the temperature, but they don't have individual temperature control. So, after calling the front desk, it's central heating/air conditioning. So I can't do anything about it. Oh, well. I've got some clothes, so I should be fine, but just a note for you!!!
You have to pay for internet. However, prices are reasonable...not OVERLY ridiculous for London.
LOCATION: Related to the location of this, it's very convenient because London Euston is right here. Therefore, if you need to go somewhere, many places, .... London Euston has both the National Rail and the underground. It's almost literally across the street, so no need for a cab. (Save 7 GBP here for a taxi ride!)
SERVICE was okay. They were polite here when I was checking. The concierge (I guess he was the concierge? sitting at the desk immediately when you walk in) didn't offer to help me as soon as I came through the door. However, after I had checked in and was on my way to the room, he offered to help. It was a little too late for me. It was okay, but ... yeah.

A nice hotel, conveniently placed near Euston station and fairly close to King's Cross, with very helpful staff and a nice bar.
It's nothing especially special, a fairly standard Hilton, but the room was very comfortable (I love huge beds) and I had a very nice stay there.

Hilton claims this is a Category 7 hotel but I don't see it. It's a really dated hotel with no valet area, smallish lobby and it's impossible to catch a cab by just walking outside. The rooms have dated tube televisions which is something you never see in even crummy American motels. This hotel is located a block away from the Euston Station which is really it's best feature. It's also a short walk away from St. Pancras station where you can catch a train to Brussels or Paris. Stay away from this place for longer stays, you'll be dissapointed. The gym is also woefully below standard for a Category 7 hotel.

Having stayed in Hilton hotels in the past I was looking forward to this stay in London on a recent business trip. I'm afraid I was very disappointed.
The reason I had chosen this hotel was that it was close to the station and the training venue I had booked. This convenience was the only good thing about it.
The room was small and not very well equipped. The TV was in a fixed position and I couldn't move it to get a good view from the seating area or bed. It was far too hot with seemingly no way to cool the room down. My room at the front of the hotel looked out onto a main road that was very noisy from around 4:30am to well past midnight so I couldn't even open the window. The breakfast was thankfully ok.
Staff were not very well informed and couldn't find my booking. They also wanted to charge me for the room when it had been booked through my business. I also found some of the staff rude.
I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel again. It was no better than a Holiday Inn.

I work for Hilton so i stayed here since i got a really nice discounted rate. its a bit far from everything but everything in europe is a tube ride away so i wasnt concerned with that. room was perfect for me and my friends needs, 2 beds, small tv, phone, nice bathroom. the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help out. I would stay here again with the discount but i would stay closer to city center if given the chance

If you want an unpretentious clean American style hotel in the middle of London the Hilton Euston is a good choice. Try to get a room away from the entryway side of the hotel. This is due to street noise and a church that likes to ring their bells on the hour. It is quite close to the tube stop which can be taken all the way from Heathrow to Euston. They have an adequate breakfast and prompt efficient service

Although the location is very convenient being next to Euston station (not connected). This is a substandard Hilton. The tiny tube TV and bland furnishing remind me of their Hampton Inns, actually I've been to plenty of Hampton Inns that were much better than this hotel. I'm fairly certain I will not be staying at this hotel again.

As a loyalty card holder, I have stayed at a number of Hilton hotels both in London and elsewhere. This was one of the run of the mill ones, to be honest. The hotel is in a great location for people coming from the North and Midlands, being just across the road from Euston Station, and the breakfast was up to the usual Hilton standards. However, the staff on reception were not particularly friendly or welcoming, the room size was very small and the whole experience was not one which I would repeat in a hurry, given that the room was £130 for a single.

We stayed there on New Years Eve and the price was steep. Despite having gold status we didn't get an upgrade. That's fine if the hotel is fully booked, but they could at least acknowledge it. We got the wifi for free at least and got a hand-written note with a login and password that only worked for less than 12 hours so we had to renew it then. I don't understand why they don't just have wifi for free and easily accessible for everybody. We got a tiny room, some of the usual amenities were missing and the water in the shower didn't get better than lukewarm. Breakfast was okay. There are nicer Hiltons in London.
