These caves were excavated by Sir Francis Dashwood in the 1700s. The caves were infamous for being the venue for the Hell-fire Club meetings. It is one of the weirdest places I have ever visited and has a strange atmosphere. It is well worth a visit but take warm clothing, as it is alway cool in the caves. It has a nice little cafe but no parking.
Its a nice place might be performing there soon with my Steel Band (just had an enquiry come through) Parking is limited unless you fancy a bit of a walk parking up near the Temple
