    For the price, location and service...this is the place to stay if you are visiting London, especially if you have a car in tow!

    The rooms are plain, but good-sized by English standards.  There is air-conditioning and a mini-fridge in the room.

    Jackie, the manager, is AWESOME!!!  She let us park our car in front even before officially checking in, she ran outside to give us a London coupon book, and she told us to bring in our luggage and she would have it delivered to our room.

    (The guest house is about a five minute walk to the tube, and about 25 minutes to the the heart of London.)

    She let us select which room we wanted, and had the luggage moved to that room.

    For breakfast, you could have a traditional hot English breakfast, pancakes, or a made-to-order omelet.  There was also home-made granola bars, gourmet cheeses,  breads, bagels, and lunchmeats.

    Upon check-out, Jackie printed out current road maps to our destination without being asked!!

    This is the kind of exemplary customer service one expects from five-star hotels in the U.S.

    Though the rooms are plain, the service and amenities are first class!!!
