Loved the food here, look the service. I haven't been here in a really long time, but it was great to come. Everything was really fast and everything was super friendly and prices were reasonable in this day in age

Came here for a birthday and had a great time due to great service and amazing quality of food in comparison to other AYCE. They have both robot and human servers. Drinks are priced reasonably - they have cocktails and bubble tea. I enjoyed trying the new boil section, especially the clams with lots of garlic. Reasonable amount of avocado/fish/rice ratio. I love the fact that they have a seafood boil option, grilled seafood option and some dim sum along with Thai, ramen, salad and the usual options. Grilled scallops are only on weekends which is $2 more. They currently have a birthday special where the celebrant gets 50% off on their birthday. They bring the birthday person a full sized cake with cocoa powder and sprinkles and a multicoloured candle. This is brought while the birthday song is playing in the background. A great place to enjoy a birthday. Clean, relaxed feeling and nice young man as our server.

Hadn't been here since 2019, as I use to work around the corner. It's much better than I remember. The place has been upgraded, it's clean the ambiance is delightful. From the wonderful service we received (very attentive with EVERYTHING) to the food, it was refreshing to witness it. The sashimi was the best I've had in a while, the rolls, beef ribs, broccoli tempura.. just amazing. Had such a wonderful dinner. Definitely going back!

Went to heart sushi for birthday meal before (Offered 50%off for birthday person, better to call them to check the offer). So we ordered the dinner AYCE because we like sashimi. Overall the sashimi quality is ok. Other food is alright. We can't eat too much and sometime they will miss the order or deliver the wrong order. I don't think I'll go back again.

A good place for good sushi and Japanese food.
They are maintaining the standard on an average of this chain.
Service is average, food is good, ambiance is nice.

The all you can taste options offer quite a good selection of items, in a wide range.
Definitely will please the taste bud of sushi lovers.

I will never go back ! Came to have a nice lunch date with my son...place wasn't busy and yet the food took a while to come, when we got the yakitori it was really cold, so they apologized and said they would bring another order out ... while waiting a cockroach crawling on our booth wall, crawled into out table and on the wasabi. I called the waitress and she came to dispose it . They offered another table but I think we were done there and we left. They apologized many times but we won't go back. Used to be a great spot back when they first opened but the place has definitely gone down the scale

The ownership is to blame with the restaurants decline. This was one my go-to place for AYCE sushi, but this time was so bad I won't be going back.
The service staff was lovely, but the kitchen staff does whatever they want, our food came out cold (beef short ribs) or fridge cold (sashimi). On top of that, it took an hour for us to any of these items.
The final straw for this place was that the servers don't get their tips, the owner takes them! Also, tip was added to our group of 5 people... very disappointing experience for this once great place.

Their food is decent, service is decent, ambience is also decent. Everything was okay, probably wouldn't go if it is super busy and had to wait. We happened to go there on Mother's day which they had an all day dinner special. The coconut shrimp is my favourite. I would not recommend getting the crazy roll.

The quality of the food at Heart Sushi has gone from okay to not existing.

The food was not fresh. They improvised with random ingredients with common known sushi rolls. Under cooked deep fried food. It was very unimpressive.

Each individual may have ate on or two rolls and gave up since it was THAT bad. Hopefully it was just an off night but will definitely not be a returning customer. It was pretty bad. Money well wasted.
