HATA - Home Affairs Training Agency

I have found HATA thanks to a nanny friend, who let me know about this agency. I needed to update my First AId trainig and also my CRB - now DBS check.
I have decided to go for this course because it offered a great deal - course cost about 75 pounds on its own, and course with DBS check altogether was for less than 100 pounds!

On 14th September 2013 - I have attended one day First Aid course (Ofsted approved) and even though I could not find any references, I gave it a try, an I was amazed! The venue is lovely, just of Victoria station, helpful and friendly staff, lunch provided - with the vegetarian option and fruits! Hot and cold drink during whole course is something I don t even have to mention. The lecturer made sure everyone - even people whose first language wasn t English, understood everything properly. It was about seven girls attending the course, only one was British.

At the end we filled simple tests, and then we got the certificates, no waiting.

After course I chat a little with the owner of the agency, who was there even though it was Saturday - she said they will organise more courses for nannies and childcarers, for example in October there will be course "Healthy eating for children" and I am sure there are more interesting courses to come!

Definitely the best experience, and excellent value for money!
