I am always satisfied with the way they treat my kid delicately, with great care and a big smile. Tha way every kid should be treated.
Thought we would try the new Fulham branch.
Initial phone call to check prices (9.59am), salon closed so listened to answerphone meassage which said all opening times and prices were on the website, checked website Fulham site under construction so I called back, receptionist was very curt when I explained that I had checked the website well its the same as the other branch and still didn't tell me the opening times or prices!
I ignored this inital rudeness and booked an appointment. Arrived for appointment, salon was empty and 4 staff huddled around an ipad, I struggled a little getting a toddler and buggy through the door no one helped me. Inital impressions were staff didn't care at all. Design of the studio is great and my one year old loved the cars and Peppa Pig on the TV. However staff continued to be rude and uninterested. We had a 5 minute hair cut by someone who did not come across as having any experience in cutting childrens hair.
Used the toliet which was tiny, almost impossible to help a toddler use the toilet in and no sign of any baby change facilities surprising given the target customers.
When we were leaving our one year old was offered a boiled sweet lollipop again a reminder that the staff were not used to dealing with children who would offer such a choking hazard to a one year old?? Our toddler said thank you and good bye, as did we when we were leaving, no response from the staff huddled around the ipad again
Biggest waste of £13.95.
Happy Faces is not only the first but also the UK's leading luxury children's hair salon and party zone. The first salon to open was located on the charming Webbs Road in Clapham, London.
Established in early 2009 by a local mum, who wanted to create a salon purely dedicated to children and there wants. Her aim was to create a magical concept that every cheeky monkey would love and look forward to having a haircut rather then fear it. With this in mind the Happy Faces concept was born.
The Happy Faces team are dedicated specialists in children's hairstyling, that skip to work singing the Peppa Pig jingle. We always aim to make your visit not only tear free but a memorable and fun experience too.
This user has arrived from Qype, a European company acquired by Yelp in 2012. We have integrated the two sites to bring you one great local experience.
