We went there to get a new radio in our car and they helped us almost inmediately, although you have to book an appointment and it was freezing cold.

Took my bicycle in to fix the bottom bracket. Came back five days later to find that they still hadn't fixed it and was asked to come back the next day. Came back and was told it was fixed. It wasn't. Took it back in and explained that it was still broken. Was told then they had a backlog and they wouldn't be able to fix it for ten days. Left it there reluctantly and came back after twelve days only to find that at first they couldn't find my bicycle and then when the third person went back to look he found it and said they hadn't worked on it yet. Again was asked to come back the next day. Was given my bicycle and was told it was now fixed. It wasn't. Was promised they would fix it for the following day and yet again it was not fixed when I arrived. Fed up, I reclaimed my bicycle and left, never to return again. Horrible customer service by a staff that seems overly clueless.
