Intense circuits style classes- wonderfully motivating and friendly instructors.
They manage to cater for a mix of abilities- everyone from beginners to the seriously fit will gain something from their sessions.
Classes run Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings- you really need to make twice a week at least to get the physical benefits and make it good value.
A nice mix of people go to the classes- which helps make the time fly by!
