Generally I'm a fan of ultra modern hotels. But while staying a stones throw away from Buckingham Palace it seems that the hotel should be outfitted with more classical decor. So while the Goring upholstery, carpet, window treatments etc didn't suit me, they did suit the hotel.
Big pluses, the Goring has an attentive wait staff and incredible service. Its also very very nice and subsequently pricey.
Would I refer someone here? I would absolutely send my parents here. And I'm sure they'd love it.
