The centre looks enticing and may or be not be good but the access information is so appalling it's a huge put off.
E.G. "getting there" on public transport. there's no info on their literature on bus numbers that drop off at or near the door like most other venues do. they simply refer you to another site. This is very poor practice
Worse, the info on the websites tells you that courses must be pre booked, but gives you no means of doing so. Nor does ringing up help. A.) they don't book on the phone and don't seem to know what to do.
B.)If you ask if there is a form or leaflet that can be e-mailed or sent they say they'll send out and don't.
what does this say about their attention to detail and maybe safety?
If you don't have a car and can't drop in and wrestle a booking form out of them, this is a place to avoid.
