I had previously had a Brazillian blow dry back in Nov which was very good, when I went for a return visit 2 weeks ago I noticed that the solution did'nt seem as strong and after I got home and washed my hair 2 days later it was as wavy as before, I called and explained the situation and they said they were happy to redo it for me. When I turned up for my appointment with my 2 year old daughter in her pushchair the Manager and Owner were visable annoyed that I had brought her with me and were continually talking to each other in Polish which obviously is incredibly rude, they then told me that they would only do the blow dry again if I agreed to buy their shampoo and condititoner which cost £20, as they had done this 1000's of times and I was the only person it hadnt worked on!!, I agreed to buy them, all the while the Owner was standing giving me dirty looks, but the final straw was when I asked if I could take my daughter to the toilet and they said no it was broken, in the end I walked out in disgust. I am a qualified Nail Technican and would never dream of treating my clients as they treated me, I feel I have pretty much thrown £60 down the toilet with no come back.
