i used this solicitor for buying and selling my house. considering how stressful this can be (particularly selling) they were very good and considerate. they were always forthcoming with information. he would contact me with even the smallest amount of information from the buyers solicitor's. it did make the sale go a lot easier the fact that we were in constant contact. i was also only called into the office once to sign the final paperwork, which was good because i work in an office also, so i didnt have to take time off to do this. i also used them for the surveying too and they got me a great price, i should point out this was 2 years ago and luckily for me just before this huge slump the market is in. overall, it was very professional, and i would use them again
