Great "dive like" bar where you go to watch soccer, drink and eat bar food if hungry. If you're looking for something else go elsewhere.

I personally like the feel of this place and have never been disappointed by the food. I usually get the Bauernfrühstück...great stuff but forget counting calories. I also like their beer and have had them here often, meeting friends from the area who swear by this place for HSV games. Staff have always been super nice and even when a big game is on, fast and attentive. I've never had the feeling that I was waiting unexpectedly long for food or drink to arrive.

Yes, it's a bit grungy and who knows exactly how clean it is but this is all subjective. I've seen kitchens of much more expensive, stylish places that would have you tossing your beans if you saw how your dinner was prepared. If you're really concerned, have a stiff shot after eating and this'll kill any bugs.

Super adorable German restaurant. It was nice and cozy inside but also pleasantly busy and laid back. I really liked my skillet chicken and potatoes. It was also very American friendly and had a lot of English speakers around us. There are also TVs!

The food here is DELICIOUS! I have walked by this place a lot and it's always pretty crowded and now I know why. The servers were pretty friendly and the food was awesome. They had a nice selection of german food as well as some lighter options as well. I got the turkey platter with the potatoes and it was massive (good thing I didn't order an appetizer). The accidentally upgraded our drinks to a half litter and ended up not charging us for it which was nice. The atmosphere was really laid back and comfortable. They have a bar inside and a dispenser for canned nuts which I thought was quite cute. They have indoor and outdoor seating and seemed to be ok for big groups.

Four stars is for the ambience and location.  Frau Möller is a great place to grab a beer or watch a game with friends.  It can get very crowded, but its a fun place to be.  I have never eaten here, so I have no review/comment on the food.  The staff is always nice, and there is a small amount of outdoor seating.

I go here sometimes after swimming since the Alster Halle is close by. So far it's been only a couple of times but whenever I go the place is full and very much alive. I can vouch for the beer and spinach auflauf   :)

Frau Möller's is a great little pub in the middle of St Georg. Everything is a bit old and battered, but it has a lot of character. The selection of beers is good - they even had a dark beer that I'd never heard of before, and it was delicious.

They also have a pool table, which unfortunately I didn't get to test. Next time.

The hotel staff recommended I try this out if I wanted a true German experience.  A short walk from the An der Alster, I really enjoyed catching a soccer game here while drinking good German beer and authentic Weiner Schnitzel.  The portion was enormous and well-prepared.  The beer options were great, and I was happy with my choice of a Weissbier.  The staff was friendly and one of the waitresses spoke perfect English.  I look forward to my next visit!

This is now second time visiting this very popular place in Lange reihe. I love the atmosphere of old German pub. Service is great, very professional. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is bit heavy food, typical German I would say. But if you love this kind of food than this is right place to go.

Typical old style German bar with a wood interior and no fuss. Usually packed for important matches as they have a projector in the back and a few other TVs spread out in the bar which can make the wait time between when you order and when you receive your beer a bit longish. Good beers on taps, the food menu didnt really do anything to me (also very few vegetarian options)- but the fried potatoes seem to be popular. Not my first choice when it comes to watching football but certainly not my last either.
