Piss poor aftersales. Avoid at all costs.
Bought a Ssangyong Rexton in October. Before signing the contract the salesman, Gary, wrote on it that the company would provide 2 headrests and a parcel shelf, as these were missing. I agreed to this, signed the contract and bought the car. 5 months later I am still waiting for these items. I ring the company at least 2 or 3 times a week, and despite promising to return my calls no one ever does. I have tried to make an appointment to see Mrs Cullen, the Manager, but each time I have been told that it is not possible and she will ring me back, but guess what..she does not. I have been told as the vehicle is second hand these items must be as wellIt does not say second hand on my contract. All I am asking for is what was promised. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this company BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE
