I really regret I chose this dentist to do my lumineer. He doesn't explain enough before he does anything. I had many parts of my teeth grounded unwantedly, and as a result it ended up with sensitive teeth and a big gap in between which annoys me everything I chew something and have lots of stuff stuck in between. I complained and he said he'll fix it. So I had it fixed, and then they told me to pay hundreds of pounds for it. I complained because it was for what he did, but they only gave me a discount. Then the service got worse and worse. I had one front lumineer BROKEN suddenly with just normal flossing. AFTER 4 MONTHS, it's STILL NOT FIXED YET because he keeps canceling on the morning of the appointment, often 30 min. before the appointment and I am already on the way. He did that 10 times now. Out of those cancellations, the reason for cancellation for 2 weeks in a row was "I'm sorry, the dentist is on a holiday." "I'm sorry he's still on a holiday." Well, why is he on a holiday when I made an appointment a week ago, and why can the nurse only tell me that in the morning of the appointment? They are just ridiculous. I only chose 1 star because there was no choice for 0.
