    HiIGHLY RECOMMENDED !
    They are FAIR, FRIENDLY, AND HONEST. We called them out to repair our boiler and they were honest enough to tell us that our room thermostat was simply turned down, they are a credit to their industry.
    WELL DONE FIRST NATIONAL !

    Job got done. Besides having very high hourly charge there is a few things that make me suspicious they overcharged though! Boiler fan was broke. Company charges by the half hour. Engineer took 1hr to diagnose that the fan needed replacing. Was told that the next day the replacement would require 1hr labour. Engineer stayed (and charged) for 1.5 hrs though. Boiler had actually just been checked the week before so I don't know why replacing the fan took that long? Upon delivery of invoice engineer had also exchanged the temperature sensor (without consulting me first!). The water temperature had been fine though before the fan broke and I don't see how the broken fan could have affected the sensor? Last but not least The engineer never asked if I wanted to keep the exchanged parts? He might have fixed the fan when taking it away the day before, but charged for new and I never saw the sensor he supposedly changed.
