Went to Felix club on a Friday night and started to wait in line @midnight and maybe took 15minutes to get in. 10euro entry for guys. The club was very cool, tons of people and really good dance music. Even though they played a lot of songs twice, it was still fun & plenty of hot girls running around dancing.
This is definitely in the "higher-end club" category vs. other clubs in Berlin which have a younger more casual 18-21 crowd. People dress to impress, mature crowd, good looking, party is good, people are from everywhere and everything is new.
The club has some cool effects for the people on the dance floor including the cold air bursts and the "feels like its snowing" confetti lol. All in all I'd definitely go again to party, dance, and meet some girls.
Ladies-come on Monday nights since it's Ladies night which means no cover!
Boy was I in for a shock when I came! They seemed to have a stricter door policy as they gave people in jeans, t shirts, and a baseball hat a hard time but hey, I'm from Hollywood... I'm used to that. The people inside were all dressed nicely (think LA) and there were a lot of good looking people there!
You walk down stairs to get to the main dance floor and it's pretty cool since you can just see everything coming down those steps.
Shots were 6EU each, which was a lot more than the 2EU I was used to... They have a smoking room, which made it so that it the club wasn't smoky! Thank you!
The music was a great mix of house, techno, salsa, hip hop, etc. and I danced all night!
The BEST thing about this place was the dancers... There were male and female dancers and boy did they put on a show!!! Let's just say at the end of the show the male dancer was NAKED and had a female dancer cover his private parts with her hands...
Bad Music, Fakes en masse and too expensive.
I was persuaded to have a dinner here a while ago, and it was quite a pleasant surprise. The place looks fancy, modern and quite stylish as befits a club next to the Adlon. The atmosphere is also rather nice, with a view to the dance floor below and some pleasant serving staff.
I cannot really remember what was on the menu as I was busy with my dining partner and looking around, but I do recall it was not at all bad, but obviously not memorable. After about 22:00, the crowd changes subtly as the dance crowd slowly moves in and the diners leave.
Overall, it was a pleasant night out and maybe next time, I might stay on to see what happens after dinner. This would be yet another addition to the list of things I MUST do in Berlin (one day), which is now running to over 300 items, and growing every year. But I really think this is a nice place to re-visit and perhaps bring friends along.
Um, yes, this place was popping. I was there for their six year anniversary last weekend and it was amazing. This place is much better than anything I have seen west of the Rockies. The music was great and the crowd was lively until 5am or so in the morning. The dance floor is very large and can accommodate a big crowd. Plenty of tables and a place to smoke (this is foreign to most Americans!). I would recommend this club to anyone traveling to Berlin, but I will probably check out something else next time because there are so many damn clubs in that city.
Are the drinks rediculously expensive? Yes. Are there many 'gold diggers' and 'yuppies' running around? Yes....is it still worth 5 stars? Heck yeah.....the smoothest house beats, the cooles sound and lights system, the friendliest staff and the most attractive ladies are all to be found here.
another Symbol of the (partial) decline of Berlin clubculture.
Boring Office victims hoping to score if they only invest and buy enough drinks to convince the ladies.
