This is a review for the Essex Cellular staff based in Selborne Walk E17 (Chitter Chatter store). Needing yet another replacement touch-module for my Nokia C3-01, I approached Nokia who pointed me to Essex Cellular whom I was pleasantly surprised find are in Walthamstow. I was given a direct number for the engineers in the back of the Chitter Chatter store and the call was answered by confident and knowledgeable. Anyway, they confessed they were out of stock of the modules but took regular delivery of them as it is a very common fault with the C3-01. Iit's seems to me that Nokia probably pay their service point contractors a nominal fee to repair C3-01's and supply the modules for free. I called back a couple of days later as advised and was told the modules still weren't in but they would call me as soon as they arrived. I received a call later the same day, dropped phone in and it was repaired FREE of charge within a couple of hours. Good customer service at the desk too and it's really good to know we have Essex Cellular's support right here in Stow.
Excellent service, very impressed.
Very helpful staff indeed - unlike many mobile phone shops. When I needed a broadband service in a hurry, the manager stayed behind an hour after closing time to sort everything out. You don't often get that level of service for a fifteen quid monthly contract. Well done him, and well done to his knowledgeable colleagues too.
They are Nokia agents, if you don't like Nokia phones, then it's not the place for you. That's why it's not the shop for me.
A very friendly and customer-led business that offers superb advice on mobile phones and accessories. I was first introduced to this particular store when I was looking for a place to get my Nokia mobile phone repaired. The staff were very helpful and my phone was fixed, as good as new within one hour.
I have a growing team of staff (Pearlys Ltd) and I buy all of my staff's blackberrys from this shop and they are always great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Tend to have to wait a bit for service but I guess that's because they're good.
