    After living in our flat for nearly 2 years it was way due to move out. The neighbours were not exactly the nicest people and the issues with the owner were just piling on. I needed a good cleaning company so the owner would just accept the flat's condition. Thanks to a fellow Yelper I got this company's number and rang them up. It was quite easy to schedule an appointment regardless that I had my remarks about the flat. The job is a 3-hour one, tops - medium sized, one-bedroom flat. Their guy on the phone was helpful and even organised for the keys to be picked up from the owner as I would not be able to be with them for the cleaning. I just went there in the evening and to be honest, I did gaze upon the amount of work done. The kitchen made me the biggest impression, with the tiles shining and the spaces between them shining even brighter. Then I went to the bathroom where the job was taken a bit less serious but still way better than what I could have done.

    I had already moved out from the flat or at least I thought so. There was a box of late Christmas presents that the cleaners had left me. Apparently, when you go through every corner, you find long-lost stuff like my cookbook that had fallen between the fridge and the counter. I have forgotten all about it and it was a nice surprise to have it again along with some socks and a lighter.

    The job was done well, the owner liked the place and my nails were all there as I didn't clean a whole flat by myself. All that set us back £170 - a more than fair price, keeping in mind the amount of work done.

    A bit of advice from me - call them up the day before the service to confirm the time and remind them for the receipt. I needed one but I had to wait a whole day to get one.

    First to Review

    Was in desperate need to move out and have the flat cleaned before the landlord would take my deposit. They turned up with a days notice and saved my desposit.

    What an energy, it would have taken me 4 days to do what took them 4 hours! well they were 6, but they also knew what they were doing.

    and it's a pretty good price, including carpets.

    I have used them twice, first for a small 1 bedroom place where they came with 6 cleaners and spend 4 hours leaving the place spotless.
    The second (and very last) time I used them everything that could go wrong went wrong! This time for a large 3 bedroom flat with heigh ceilings 2 lovely but fairly short cleaners arrived early morning with just 2 bags of cleaning utensils and not even a little step ladder. They started cleaning e.g. the mirror doors of a 236 cm heigh wardrobe  up to let's say 190 cm, because they didn't have longer arms and no ladder, they cleaned the inside of the windows meaning they left the corners out where most dirt was to be found.
    Overall they did an extremely poor job!!!
    So I called and was assured that help with a ladder was on it's way.  They never arrived and when at 12:00 the two lovely ladies told me that they finished and wanted the money I explained to them that I don't think that the place is clean and showed (well pointed) that the wardrobe shelves all need cleaning too, and also the upper part of the mirror dorrs, etc. I also pointed the fridge out and one of them saw the problem and 'cleaned' the fridge again. Then another collegue arrived with a little stepladder and he kept asking me what needs cleaning (obviously everything that is dirty) So I showed him one radiator, once that was sort of cleaned he aske me to inspect and tell them if everything is fine now. We played this game for about 1 hour until I thought this is not really the way to clean 950 sqft. So the guy was on the phone to the office and then the office called me and asked if I coudl pay them (???) I said of course i pay them for the work, but unfortunately this has not been completed, so he argued with me for a while, made up a few stories and excuses as in why there were 6 cleaners for a little flat and only 2 for a large until he came up with the idea to send over a supervisor later that day to complete the job.
    2 cleaners then came at 15:30 and I had to point out again EVERY piece that needed cleaning as if it wasn't obvious. E.g. when I asked for the light above the bathroom cabinet to be cleaned, she cleaned it, but not the part under/next of the light bulp (top pic)

    however they stayed a few hours (one spent 40 minutes on cleaning the fridge a third time) and left me with a place that I then could clean myself the following day.
    I just felt sorry for the 2 cleaners who came in the beginning, it was clearly a fault on the company side, but instead of putting their hands up and admitting, they lied to me over the phone and made up stories!!!
    NEVER AGAIN!!!!

    really appreciated the hard work from boris and his wife.  everything was spic 'n span for the end of tenancy walkthrough, especially difficult for a furnished flat where every drawer contents need to be taken out then wiped out then contents put back.  the cleaner was originally quoted at 3-4 hours when they arrived but ended up taking closer to 5.5 hours so the final fee was higher.  all in all, we'd rather have a really good cleaning then a rushed job.  we definitely recommend them to anyone!
