Beautiful venue. Very relaxed and classy atmosphere.
Locally grown and sourced food.
Plates were very good value and well prepared. Delicious savory experience.
Would highly recommend.
Ok but Over priced!! After reading the reviews I think my expectations were too high. The restaurant was nice and relaxed. It s a bit weird with it being on the same industrial area as a classic car shop.
5 stars for The atmosphere. Food was ok, World like to try the lunch. Evening prices: 19-26 euros Mains, 10-15 for starters, 8-9 for Desserts. Starters, we did nt order any but got feee tastings of a ravioli and mushroom sorbet. The idea was nice but the sorbet melted to a vinegar foam and made the ravioli cold. We also got some bead with a trio of dips. Sun dried tomato ciabatta with avocado dip, lemon butter and olive oil. Mains; I had halibut with risotto and carrots. It was ok, the halibut was overcooked. the risotto was just tender cooked black rice. My friend had beef steak with fois grois, potato gratin and truffel. It was ok. Dessert: chocolate cake layered with chocolate, white chocolate sorbet and cooked cherries. It was reallly dissapointing. After waiting for 20 mins it arrived looking delicious. But, the Chocolate cake was too dry though it was layered with chocolate cream. And it could have a stronger chocolate flavour. it was definitely not made with a good quality chocolate or cocoa. The cherries just tasted of sugar-y jam. The ice cream was more like a chocolate mousse/ custard. It was ok but not worth 8euros and 20 mins wait. Wines were very nice! Overall like a want to be expensive Restaurant but the Chef needs to step it up. Despite the slow pace I still had indigestion. Don't think I ll be back in the near future.
